Duration of the end user license agreement
Mata Nativa issues license agreements based on periods of time, such as month to month, semester to semester or year to year.
Throughout the time during which the license is valid, clients’ receive:
• All database up-dates.
• All up-dates for each edition of Mata Nativa software, released during the license agreement’s concession period.
• Technical support via email, Monday thru Friday, 8am-12pm and 2pm-6pm.
• Technical support via telephone in Brazil.

Free Version – Designed to be an assessment tool as well as a teaching tool for universities and technical courses. The Free Version has only one limitation, and that is the number of plots and trees per project. Twenty trees are allowed per plot or area. This makes it possible to learn all the functions of Mata Nativa, including calculations, reports, charts, and tools used for importation and exportation.
Professional Version - Designed for companies, universities, research institutions, government departments, and freelance professionals. The acquisition of the license agreement is made per computer and per time period (months or years). This license agreement offers technical support via telephone or email for as long as the agreement is valid. With the release of any up-dates or new versions of Mata Nativa, the client receives the information without any additional costs. Beyond this, they have access to video tutorials and tips to help facilitate the use of the software.
Corporate Version – It has all the features and benefits of the Professional Version, and in addition allows the Mata Nativa software to be used in a network, installing a stronger database in Microsoft SQL Server. It also has an administrative database system and supports a greater volume of data. You can get this version with the license packages, and it includes the installation of the customer's enterprise network, in locu training, which shows all the features of the system and tips on how to migrate existing data from your company to Mata Nativa.
